Hisham Attar – Independent Board Member & Chairman
Hisham Attar is currently a Founder and Managing Partner of Thara Investments, brings over 15 years of experience in finance and investment banking. He held several leadership positions, serving as a Senior Director at Public Investment Fund (PIF), and member of the Executive Committee of the Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) and a board member of the Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA), in addition to holding several leadership positions in the company Body Masters. He also worked as Senior Broker at the National Commercial Bank Hisham holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.

Hani Ibrahim A Obaid is a founder of Neo Capital and has a wealth of experience in the banking and finance sectors. Hani has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Banque Saudi Fransi in Saudi Arabia and was a partner at Investcorp Bank. Currently, he serves on the boards of AXA Insurance (Saudi Arabia), Saudi Fransi Capital investment funds. Hani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, USA.

Amr Nabih Al-Nimr is a financial executive with 35+ years in wealth management, investment banking, and corporate governance. He is the Managing Partner of Seabridge Capital, LLC and previously held senior roles at Citibank Private Bank, Citibank Bahrain, and Citicorp Global Finance, managing $1B+ in assets. Amr also worked at Shearson Lehman Hutton (now Morgan Stanley) and serves on the boards of Neo Group, China Risk Finance, and Shanghai Harvest Network Technologies. He holds an MBA from The George Washington University.

Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Bugshan brings over 15 years of leadership experience in executive management, financial management, and business development across the heavy equipment, engineering consultancy, and information technology sectors. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Business and Technology, Jeddah (2012), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran (2006), in addition to the General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME-1A) issued by the Saudi Capital Market Authority. His expertise spans corporate governance, strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational development, contributing to the Company’s sustainable growth and long-term strategic objectives.

Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Bugshan brings over 15 years of leadership experience in executive management, financial management, and business development across the heavy equipment, engineering consultancy, and information technology sectors. Mr. Hussain Abdulridha Juma brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the banking and financial services sector, having held senior management positions in the Sultanate of Oman, with extensive expertise in wealth management, private banking, Islamic finance, capital markets, corporate liabilities, and securities lending. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom (2020), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Arab Open University, Oman (2016), and is a Certified Islamic Specialist in Capital Markets (CISC). His expertise includes strategic leadership, corporate governance, business development, and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, supporting the Company’s growth and long-term value creation.
