Our complaints team will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to address it within five (5) working days, conducting a full investigation and providing a response within ten (10) working days. If more time is required, you will be notified accordingly. In the event that a final resolution is not reached, Neo Group Limited will issue a formal response, informing you of your right to escalate the complaint to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia.
