Hani Ibrahim A Obaid is a founder of Neo Capital and has a wealth of experience in the banking and finance sectors. Hani has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Banque Saudi Fransi in Saudi Arabia and was a partner at Investcorp Bank. Currently, he serves on the boards of AXA Insurance (Saudi Arabia), Saudi Fransi Capital investment funds. Hani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, USA.

Ridha Almousa is a finance expert with 10+ years in financial reporting, asset management, and compliance. As CFO at Neo Group, he oversees financial strategy and performance. Previously, he held senior roles at AL Jazira Capital, managing CMA reporting and audits. He holds a B.A. in Banking and Finance from Victoria University, Australia, along with CME-1, CME-4, and financial modeling certifications.
